Prize Promotion Notice
1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the TK Maxx X TK Maxx presents Live at the Piece Hall, TK Maxx presents Depot Live, TK Maxx presents Southampton Summer Sessions, TK Maxx presents Derby Summer Sessions, TK Maxx presents Bedford Summer Sessions and TK Maxx presents Plymouth Summer Sessions prize draw (opening 21st May 2025 at 2pm and closing 30th May at 2pm). The prize draw (the "Prize Promotion") is being run by Live Nation (Music) UK Limited t/a Cuffe & Taylor (“Our”, "Us" and "We") across TK Maxx presents Live at the Piece Hall, TK Maxx presents Depot Live, TK Maxx presents Southampton/Derby/Bedford/Plymouth Summer Sessions Social Channels and Live Nation (Music) UK Limited prize draw entry page.
For the avoidance of doubt, TK Maxx/TJX UK and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees (TK Maxx) is not the promoter of this Prize Promotion and will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising out of or in connection with participation in this Prize Promotion or any Prize awarded, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law or in respect of the delivery of the Prize.
2. The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our general terms and conditions for
Prize Promotions ("Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions"), which can be found at:

3. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:
a) resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland;
b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; and
c) at least 18 years old.
4. To enter the Prize Promotion, participants need to enter through the dedicated prize draw page athttps://livenation.jebbit.com/5u4y5ghd?L=Full+Page. Participants will be required to complete the prize draw entry form with their full name, email address and phone number. Internet access and an email address are required to enter the Prize Promotion.
6. The Prize Promotion will commence on Wednesday 21st May at 2pm and close on Friday 30th May at 2pm.
7. The “Prize” is 2x VIP Tickets to a selected show below and a £500 TK Maxx Gift Card. There are 3 (three) Prizes available.
Please note, the Prize does not include the cost of: accommodation or equipment, food or drink on site, or any on-site services outside of the Prize itself.

8. There will be 3 (Three) Winners in total, 1 (One) Prize per Winner.
9. If you are the winner of this Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be emailed and/or contacted by phone within 24 hours of the prize draw closing and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 2 days, we reserve the right to select a different Winner.
10. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
11. This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in our general Prize Promotion Notice

12. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and
the terms outlined in our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms & Conditions, the terms of
this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
13. Further to clause 11.1 of our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms and Conditions, consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
