The concert will take place in the beautiful grounds of Earlham Park, Norwich, NR4 7TQ

Gates will open at 5pm
Entertainment will start at 6:30pm (subject to change)
The concert will finish at 9:30pm (subject to change)
Travel
Public transport
The normal city centre bus service will operate. The number 25 and 26 buses run from Norwich Railway Station and the city centre to the UEA campus every 30 minutes. Buses returning to the city run at:

There will also be additional busses running to avoid long waiting times.

Pick up and drop off points
Please follow the yellow road signage to located the dedicated pick up and drop off points. These are located within the park grounds close to the concert arena entrance.
Road closures
Road closures will be in place on Earlham Road (17:30 – 23: 00) and University Drive (10:00 – 00:00). If you are travelling by car, please plan your journey and adhere to the traffic steward’s instructions.
Car Parking
Premium Car Park – On Site
The Premium Car Park will be open at 9am and close at 11pm on 3rd September 2017.
The only on site parking available is the Premium Car Park. Limited spaces are available and you are advise to purchase in advance on line at ????????
Premium Car Park tickets are £20
Please note Premium Parking tickets purchased online are issued as e-tickets and you must PRINT your own ticket. This ticket will be scanned on entry on the day by the car park steward. Please do not print multiple copies as the tickets will only be scanned ONCE to permit access to the car park.
If available, you can purchase a Premium Parking ticket on the day of the concert – please note that purchasing in advance is advised due to the very limited availability.
Once the Premium Car Park is full, customers wanting to purchase parking on the day will be turned away to park elsewhere off site so please plan in advance.
There are a limited number of disabled car parking spaces in the Premium Car Park for Blue badge holders only. Customers will be asked to display their valid Blue Badge on entry. Disabled car parking spaces are £20.

Event Conditions
Food and Drink
Food and Drink is not permitted in the arena.
There are several food and drink concessions within the concert arena offering a wide variety of foods to tantalise your taste buds!
Golden Circle
Please arrive in good time for access to the Golden Circle. At the entry gates your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband which will grant you access in and out of the Golden Circle.
Weather
The concert is outdoors so please be prepared for the British Summer weather Rain or Shine the show will go on.
Concerts are only ever cancelled if the weather conditions become dangerous.
Litter
We’re very lucky to be able to stage a huge concert in the beautiful Earlham Park and of course we want to leave it as we found it. Please help us by using the bins provided.
