The incredible Lulu has plenty to shout about as she heads to the Worcestershire town of Malvern on her latest tour.
The international singer-songwriter will be performing at The Forum Theatre, Malvern, on Friday April 22.
Tickets priced £35 go on sale at 9am Friday February 5 and are available from the Theatre Box Office.
Lulu shot to fame in the 1960s when she released her debut single Shout at the age of just 15. Since then she has gone on to release a staggering 21 studio albums and 65 singles enjoying success across the globe.
The Grammy-nominated singer will be performing hits from her 50 year career, such as ‘To Sir With Love’, ‘The Man Who Sold The World’, ‘Relight My Fire’, and of course ‘Shout’.
As well as performing songs from some of her musical heroes, such as soul legends, Ray Charles and Otis Redding, she will also be taking the audience on a musical journey recalling personal anecdotes, song writing experiences, and other entertaining stories.
Lulu says: “2015 was an exceptional year for me, in a 50 year career. From performing at Glastonbury, releasing my first self-penned album and touring the UK, solo with my fabulous band for the first time in 10 years.
“I had so much fun, I’ve decided to get back out there to do it again in 2016, and I can’t wait!”
Music promoters Cuffe and Taylor are presenting Lulu at The Forum Theatre.
Director Peter Taylor said: “Lulu is a fun performer and one who well and truly entertains her audiences.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for the people of Malvern to welcome a world-class star to their town. “
