Cuffe & Taylor are currently promoting and facilitating some of the music industry’s hottest talent, with Rod Stewart, Sir Tom Jones, Tiesto, Rita Ora, Olly Murs, Alfie Boe, Russell Watson, Runrig and Sir Elton John just some of artists the Company has worked with previously. The role requires a high level of confidentiality due to the calibre of artists and commercial sensitivity surrounding their engagement with the company.

Job Title: Box Office Assistants 

Based at: Lytham Square, FY8 5JP

Working week: Part-time, hours negotiable for the right person.

Introduction

Lytham Festival has fast become the largest live music Festival in Lancashire, attracting over 100,000 people to it’s events throughout the week, and we’re looking for a group of incredible people to join our Team for the Summer.

 

Are you an enthusiastic people person, who loves to give exceptional customer service each and every time? Do you LOVE Live Music?

 

Well you’re in luck!  We are on the hunt for passionate individuals to join to head up our Box Office in the centre of Lytham.

 

The Hub, is the key point for Information, Ticket Sales and much much more during the month leading up to the Festival and we need you to help us win new audiences along with making sure all of our existing customers are armed with all the information they require to make their time at Lytham Festival, the best it can be!

 

So what do we need you to do?

  • Answer Customer Queries in person
  • Promote Lytham Festival and its events
  • Sell Tickets using our Box Office Software – Spektrix
  • Participate in PR Days and Events leading up the Festival
  • Proactively engage with the General Public to share the Lytham Festival Message!

 

What we’d like you to have

  • Previous Sales Experience
  • Computer Literacy including Excel and managed Software Applications*
  • A Positive Mental Attitude
  • A Proactive Attitude
  • Be a Driven Self-Starter
  • GCSE Maths and English

 

*Training will be provided.                             

 

Recruitment Schedule 

Closing Date: Monday 5th June

Candidate Selection, with Skype/Facetime Interview: 6th – 8th June

Successful Candidates Notified: 9th June

Training, Team Building and Role Plays: W/C 12th June 

 

24TH June – Box Office Opening

 

We will be looking for a Manager, Supervisor and Box Office Staff. Please only apply if you can make the above Schedule and are able to work Evenings and Weekends when required.

Wage

 

National Living Wage + More dependant upon experience
